Cedar Park Medical Office building II

Through the collaboration of local developer Jimmy Jacobs and partner Nyle Maxwell, Central Texas welcomed the newest addition to Seton’s Cedar Park Regional Medical facility. Located beside the hospital at 1401 Medical Parkway, the 85,000 square foot medical office building features medical suites on all four stories. The building features state-of-the-art architecture and design, while giving doctors the visibility they desire in the growing Cedar Park market. Construction of the building shell was completed in early 2014, and the first doctors opened their new offices shortly thereafter.

Cedar Park Regional Medical CEO Brad Holland believes that the new medical office building is an important addition to Cedar Park Regional Medical Center’s development. “This project will allow us to partner with even more doctors in a number of medical and surgical specialty areas. Having another quality facility right next door to the hospital means more convenience and care for everyone in the community.”

Jacobs and Maxwell say research has revealed a still under served market, and Jacobs adds, “The new medical office building is just another positive indicator of the incredibly strong market in this region of Texas. As Cedar Park and the surrounding communities continue to grow rapidly, this project will be instrumental in ensuring that Cedar Park and area residents have full and complete access to the unparalleled array of medical services available in today's marketplace.” The Jacobs Maxwell team sold the building in 2017 to a REIT that had strong interest in the project and location.
